Presenting our primary protagonist. Sora Otosumi (played by Yuji Nakata), whose family has served the Mizuki family for generations, made a vow to serve his mistress, Yuna Mizuki (Riho Horikawa). When his mistress commands him to fight the Inexplicables, he changes into Kamen Rider My-Th with the My-Th Driver and Rider Eggs.

Next, we have Kamuri Minetaka (played by Yuya Nawata), a man driven by justice and the leader of the faction committed to vanquishing the Inexplicable. He utilizes the Maou Driver to change into Kamen Rider Maou.
