Summer of 2017 will be more steamy as Printemps Publishing's Canna magazine announced on Twitter last Saturday that Yuki Fumino's Hidamari ga Kikoeru (I Hear the Sunspot) boys-love (BL) manga will have it's live-action film adaptation.

The film will star Hideya Tawada (Shuriken Sentai Ninninger) as Kohei Sugihara and Akira Onodera (Rinsho Hanzai Gakusha Himura Hideo no Suiri) as Taiichi Sagawa.
The manga is about a college student, Kohei Sugihara, who distanced himself from others unknowingly because his difficulty of hearing and it causes one misunderstanding after another. One day a classmate his,Taiichi, crossed paths with him and notices his delicious bento. Taiichi later finds out from others that Kohei is hearing impaired. Taiichi with his bright personality to the point of foolishness blurted out to Kohei "It's not your fault that you can't hear!" and what begins a a relationship that's more than friends, but less than lovers.

To those who followed my previous post, there will be an actor event for Docchi mo Docchi on October 25, 2014 which is also the release date of the said DVD. The show features the lead actors, Tomita Shou, Kotani Yoshikazu and Masafumi Yokoyama.

Former Zansaber star Yohshikazu Kotani and Bakuryû sentai Abaranger Blue stars in Straight To DVD BL film
Yoshikazu Kotani who played Koji Majima and Zansaber and Tomita Shou who is more known for his role as Bakuryû sentai Abaranger Blue is now starring in a straight to DVD Film Adaptation of Nozomu Hiiragi's Docchi Mo Docchi (Same Difference) to be available within the last quarter of this year.

The second promo for the upcoming Love Stage!! series anime has began streaming on Kadokawa Anime's official channel on Monday. This time, it features SCREEN mode's "LΦVEST" which is the anime's opening theme and Yamamoto Kazutomi's "CLICK YOUR HEART!!".
Ryōma: I... I like you Izumi, even if you are a guy!

Based from Eiki Eiki and Taishi Zaou's boys-love manga, the story is about Sena Izumi who was born in a family of ultra-famous entertainers. But despite the fact that their family has a big name in the entertainment industry, he's the only member who is not into it. Instead, his super otaku personality takes his dream to become a manga creator but ended up starring in a TV commercial and encounters the famous Ichijo Ryouma, who ecomes aware of his attraction towards Izumi.
To direct the series is Kasai Kenichi (Major, Bakuman., Nodame Cantabile) at J.C. Staff. In-charged to work on the series composition is Yokote Michiko (xxxHOLIC, Squid Girl) and Ito Yoko (key animator for Tantei Opera Milky Holmes, Turn A Gundam) on the character design. The series is set to premiere on July.

It has been announced on Thursday in the official website for the upcoming anime of Eiki Eiki and Zaou Taishi's boys-love manga Love Stage!! more of its cast members. Including in the cast is the singer DAIGO who will play the role of Sena Shogo, the vocalist of the popular band Crusherz and Izumi's elder brother. Aside from that, he has a serious brother complex for Izumi.
DAIGO commented on having this opportunity with a laugh, "I've finally stepped into this world, too! I'm the only one who can do this." In fact, he is the younger brother of Eiki Eiki who made him as the basis of Shogo same with his band Crusherz which was based from his former band, BREAKERZ.

The trailer for the live-action film adaptation of Yoneda Kou's boys love manga No Touching At All (Dōshitemo Furetakunai) has begun streaming at Cinema Today on Monday revealing its premiere on May 31st.
RUN&GUN member and COCOAOTOKO.'s drummer Yonehara Kousuke (Ushijima the Loan Shark) plays the role of Shima Toshiaki, while Taniguchi Masashi (Higurashi no Naku Koro ni) plays Togawa Yosuke. Amano Chihiro will be directing the film, and Takahashi Natsuko (Antique Bakery, Uragiri wa Boku no Namae o Shitteiru) had written the screenplay.
The manga was serialized by Yoneda from 2007 to 2008 in Craft. Soon after, the Digital Manga Publishing releases it in North America, and they described the story:
On his very first day at a brand-new job, shy Shima is trapped in the elevator with a hungover mess of a guy…who turns out to be his boss! Togawa's prickly exterior definitely puts the rookie recruit on-edge, but it doesn't take long before Shima's every waking thought is invaded by his overbearing yet totally thoughtful superior.
